So do them seperate right? Would it make a diff if my routine consists of days of doing length and days of doing girth. For instance say on a monday id do jelqs and ulis then wednesday do stretching and kegels?

I'm saying ulis are an advanced exercise and I'd suggest not to do them until you have AT LEAST 3 months of conditioning.
You can do that split routine when you are more conditioned. But for now jelqs are for length, girth AND preparing for more advanced exercises.

i tried ballooning while doing uli's with lite edging all in one and for about 30 minutes and it felt great! i just started again with program for bout 1 month now, but i have played with it b4 like 6 years ago or so but not as serious as this time. im looking for some great gains and hopefully that will work. .

Girth work like that should not be done more than two or three times a week.Starting Size (09/2009): ~7"BPEL x ~5" MSEG
Most Recent Measurement (08/13/2012): 8"BPEL x 5.5"MSEG

The correct Uli:
jelq for 5-10 minutes and give yourself a semi
Lub your tool and jelq for another 5 minutes
Now grab the base of your shaft with a tight ok grip and slowly move your grip up towards the head without any discomfort
When you reach the head, grip it tightly and squeeze your head 5 times until you force most of the blood out of the head and back down the shaft
Repeat the process at least 3 more times.
Forcing the blood up and down the shaft works like having multiple erections and improves the health and girth of your penis. Uli claims that he increased the circumference of his corona to over 9" using this technique.

not2big: yes I tried to post my understanding of the original uli recently. A quick search of ulistretch's original routine brought up some differences to what you've said though...
This is the original uli #3 as it was first known:
'Beginning at the base of your penis shaft, still while in a semi-erect state, encircle the shaft in a tight OK finger grip and move your "finger ring" towards the meatus, engorging the shaft and the penis head. Squeeze 5 times, let up the pressure, and repeat this routine 10 times.
He further elaborates:
'In Step #3, I don't use a
milking motion. With a 3/4 erection,
more (for safety sake, perhaps!), slide
your overhand OK sign fingers firmly
up the shaft, engorging the meatus
and at least half the shaft. Hold that
position, trapping the blood, and
pump you hand forward to further
head and shaft. Each pumping stroke
is about 1 second, during which the
engorged section will very visibly
increase in size.
Key differences being he does not use a 'milking' or jelqing motion and so does not reach the head, reiterated by 'engorging the meatus and at least half the shaft'.
So maybe move the grip forward an inch from the base.
Additional key difference with the exercise compared to how it is known here at the gym is the erection level. 75 percent NOT 100.
Uli's claimed gains:
From 7.75 length, BPEL not specified, to 9.25
From 6 EG, point on shaft not specified, to 8.5
No starting 'meatus circumference' specified but a claim of 9.125 end measurement.
The main thing to be taken from Uli's routine:
'Do not judge your progress in terms of days or weeks...in the beginning, you will see little change. Give it 6 months minimum.'

I think it's paramount that newbies, including the creator of this thread, heed the last few words of the post. And also understand the more advanced nature of uli's.
