  • Is my routine ok?

    I do PE Mon, Wed, Fri and Sun

    Monday + Friday Routine:

    3 45-60 second Ulis
    50 Slow wet jelqs [Power Jelqs]
    (I do less jelqs because I lose my erections so I presume my penis will get stronger as time goes on and stay up longer)

    Then finally I do 1 min basic stretching in each direction, However I think this is too little to gain decent length. How many and how long would you guys recommend in stretching?



    Then Wednesday and Sunday I do same routine but with NO Ulis [They are intence so i have breaks] and slightly more jelqing..

    Hey Brah, are you new to PE?

    I ask because some would consider ulis a more advanced exercise, and would suggest that you condition yourself with a beginners' routine first, such as https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...r-routine.html

    But if you can handle ulis without injuring yourself -- great! I'm simply making a suggestion.

    The link to JP's routine talks about stretching, which is what I would recommend you doing.

      Thanks for the reply.

      I have been PE for about 2-3 months and didnt know alot and was Uli'ing from the start, so I'm assuming I am conditioned now and havent injured myself yet.
