I do PE Mon, Wed, Fri and Sun
Monday + Friday Routine:
3 45-60 second Ulis
50 Slow wet jelqs [Power Jelqs]
(I do less jelqs because I lose my erections so I presume my penis will get stronger as time goes on and stay up longer)
Then finally I do 1 min basic stretching in each direction, However I think this is too little to gain decent length. How many and how long would you guys recommend in stretching?
Then Wednesday and Sunday I do same routine but with NO Ulis [They are intence so i have breaks] and slightly more jelqing..
