What do you think of this routine ?
20 Second stretch down,straight out,up,left,right.
50 jelgs 70 - 80% erect, 3-4 second strokes only jelg to half way.
I was thinking of doing this 6 days a week so only 1 rest day.

b123 you post a lot about exercises and routine etc. I think it would be a good idea for you to post about your history in PE, your experience, what routines you've done, which exercises etc but the main thing I'm interested in is HOW LONG YOU'VE STUCK WITH THEM.
You've spoke about your 'indestructible' penis before. Seems that would make you less prone ro injury, it's like you want to hurt yourself at times.
