My 2011 goal is to be 7" NBPFL and 8" NBPEL. I have nearly attained the 7" NBPFL and will post a photo as soon as I get there. I also want to get to 8" tube flaccid and 9" tube erect, we'll see. I think hanging will help me attain my tube length goals. On this date I'm hanging 14lbs and will move up to 15lbs in about a week, with the move up in weight I think I can hit my 7" NBPEL goal.

I want to get to 8bpel, rite now im at 7.5. I also wang to get 6 girth, rite now im at 5.5. Im starting to work out again.I just want to be more confident and happy. Im also doing pick up and its really working for me.

Really would like to get my EQ up(hardness and stamina)

1. Getting back into consistent workouts and sticking to them regardless of how busy life gets.
2. 0.5 - 1" length (starting at 0.5, may adjust upward as the year progresses), 0.5" girth

1) Keep a consistent PE schedule - after I completed JP90, my routine fell apart. I've been incredibly busy with work, moving home, maintaining a new relationship and have suffered from stress and illness.
2) Make gains - I didn't gain at all in my first three months, so I'm not likely to be an easy gainer. I'm setting a modest target of an increase of 0.5" in length and 0.25" in girth over the next year. That should be attainable in twelve months, even for a hard gainer. If I exceed that then I'll be delighted.
3) Improve my penis health, erection quality and control - improving my sexual performance and mental control of my penis is just as important to me as gains in size.
4) Improve my overall fitness - this isn't directly PE-related but it fits into my self-improvement goals. My physical fitness has declined over the past year, for the same reasons as my PE schedule mentioned above. I'm by no means out of shape but I've lost noticeable muscle size, definition and endurance. Of course, being in great shape again can only benefit and compliment my PE.

well penis related for this year get over 6 inches length, and width i couldnt care since im happy with 5.5 inches. But length to increase this year atleast .5 inches. Happy New Years to all
