Hi everyone. I have just completed JP's routine (stuttered a bit but got through it). I've increased length very marginally (6.85 to 6.87 inches), and was noticing a definite increase in erection quality and good morning wood. I haven't measured girth, but it looks a tad thicker in the middle.
I tried a dumbed down version of Big Al's jelq free routine (the one with squeezes and side to side stretches) a couple of days ago. However, i guess i've overtrained it as i'm having a pain in my penis head, probably from squeezing below the glands too much. This is having a negative effect on my erection quality and i seem to be turtling.
Im a bit confused what to do next - I would like an intermediate routine that encompasses some stretching. I've also read this 'man dingo' stretch is good for quick gains. Could anyone please recommend a good intermediate routine, and what days on/off it should be? Sorry if this has been asked before, but alot of the threads seem to be questions on specific exercises, and i'm looking for a solid intermediate routine.

Here is my whole detailed routine after lots of trial and error and changing the routine to make it better I ended up with this. I urge you to purchase the Bathmate for girth and Length Master for length because I think these are the best two products out there. You can also get a cock ring to wear after the bathmate session and use a weighted ball stretcher all day for your balls. You will also need good wrap for the Length master such as theraband (22 mil silver) and what-a-grip which you can get at amazon.
2 days on 1 off
1. Warm-up in shower or warm wash clothe
2. Lig stretches and ball stretches with maybe a mandingo stretch or manual A-stretch thrown in
3. Hang for 20 min. sets (a heat pad helps during hanging) and then bundle stretch out, up, down, and behind the cheeks going left, center, and right for each direction about 30 sec. each way. Then do 25 rotary cranks. I got this stretch routine from MOS and I highly suggest you get the Length Master for hanging and stretching. Repeat hanging then the stretches as many sets as you want.
4. you can also throw in 1-2 power assist stretches which comes with the Length master. Also do 1 set Big Al's PNF stretch mentioned in the theory forum.
5. Warm-up again while stretching and massaging your ligs. Find out how to lig stretch on MOS it's easy.
6. Now It's time to do jelq sets and use the bathmate. You can add other manual girth exercises while you do this. (Uli, SSJ, Clamping, compressions, bends, ect.)
7. Erect kegels with some kind of weight such as a towel but I use a padlock myself
8. Warm-down and edge if you want but don't cum.
9. I do kegel foffers while laying in bed before I sleep with the pillow and penis tucked between your legs. I do 25x2 and hold the kegel for as long as possible after each set. I recommend using the heat pad during the kegels.
You can also do all night foffers as you sleep and lazy stretches as you sit down when you aren't doing pe or even get a extender if you want. But I recommend you get the Bathmate and Lengthmaster over all other products. Hope this helps.

I have grown half an inch in erect size, but i've only been doing it on and off for three months. I havn't even been consistent, but next year will be different. I think pe actually works.
