Hello guys, when my penis is flaccid, it never hangs. It always just sticks out like it would be semi-hard. Is that normal? My penis was like that since always. Since I got hard flaccid condition 8 months ago, it points out even more.

Is there any way to make my penis hang down? Any easy exercises?
