While normal seated Fowfers feel pretty good and stretch the flaccid, has anyone tried them under the leg?
Running the flaccid under my thigh and sitting on it, I can actually feel a decent lig stretch if I squeeze my thighs together. Can this be used as a port manual stretching workout? It's real easy to do while I watch sportscenter
