I am putting lots of time and effort into my routine, and I do not want it to be all for nothing (or very ineffective for that matter), so I want to make sure I am on the right track. ***So please let me know what I am doing RIGHT and what I am doing WRONG.*** This routine is centered around pumping (getting those great temp gains as well as some permanent), interspersed with jelqing for concreting and length gains. Here lies my story
I am a beginner to PE, and am just under 2 months of performing PE. My first week I did ~4 minute jelqing sessions a day, then I brought in the pump, and started doing light pumping the second week combined with light jelqing. I gradually did more pumping and jelqing as my penis became more conditioned and used to the actions.
This is pretty much what Im doing now 50 days later-
10-20 mins: Wrap my penis in heating pads while watching a good show
25-30mins: Pump to about 3-4hg, and every 8-10mins take 1-2 minute "massage" break at 0hg to restore penis circulation. (I also milk the tube multiple times per each "round")
6-9mins: Jelq to "concrete" some gains, get length gains pumping wont get me
10mins: Use of heating pads to warm down
Im doing this about every day now, maybe one or two days a week I wont do it.
Also I may start pulse pumping in a month or less after being more conditioned, where I pump up to 5-6hg for a minute, milk tube, release to 0hg and rest for 10-15secs, and repeat.
