To me, there is no shame in PE. It's no different than when guys first began to lift weights/bodybuild and it was a fringe thing. Now it's mainstream.

Well my sons both have more then dad to start with. So that is good.

I think it's important that if you're letting your son in on PE you let him know it's place in the grand scheme of things, especially if he's a teenager. School, sports, socializing should come before PE at that age (and any age, really).
