  • Ulis question

Instead of clamping . If I hold my Ulis for a longer amount of time Than 30 seconds , will it cause injury or will it be more affective since I'm holding the trapped inner blood? Will be effective like clamping or I'm heading to injury?

I hold my ulis for 60 seconds. At least for me, by around 60 seconds my unit usually starts to soften up on me. I hold my horse and two handed squeezes for the same 60 seconds. My girth work consists of three sets of UJ's and UV's and one each of the above each set.

Hello, I have some questions concerning Uli exercise

first: I began with 6 reps for 10 sec long. But right after first or second repetition i loose my erection significantly. Is it normal? is it OK?
second: I figured out i can watch some porn during this exercise which helps very well. Is there a chance that I will not be able to get full erection later if i keep doing this?
third: what is the safe amount and time of repetitions for beginner (of this exercise as i do PE for 9 months) and how much i should increase them over time?

      thanks for answers

Uli's are a very intense exercise and can wreck havoc on your pride and joy if done before your unit is conditioned. Way too intense for a beginner. If you resort to porn to keep a hard on, what happens when porn doesn't cut it any longer? Porn isn't your answer. Stay basic and hold off on the more serious stuff.

Rbi can you explain UJ's and UV's? I have tried clamping but I'm not sure if it is for me. I have been doing ulis either 3 or 5 sets of 30 seconds each.

i do PE for 9 months so you can't say im a begginer. I do some ulis for 2 weeks already but not much to not overtrain. I was curious how much to add each week as there is no info in exercises descriptions.

and btw i also started your ultimate jelqs too i hope they will turn out as a great exercise !

I always go by how my unit reacts to the routine that I am doing. If you are seeing gains, good EQ and all the good signs that you need to look for then step up your routine. When you start to see things slipping, low EQ, no gains then you have over trained. Go slow and easy and LISTEN to your body. This is not a race, slow and steady is the best way to prevent injuries.
Good Luck and keep asking questions.

I have ED so I rarely have an erection when I perform Ulis. I follow Avocet8's pumping routine for ED which includes 3 Ulis after each of three 10 minute pumping sessions. Avocet8 recommends this procedure to improve EQ.
