  • Traction Wrapping

I am on week one doing JP routine.

I was wondering if Traction Wrapping would be a good think to introduce or is it too early. I figure anything little I can do between sessions etc that could be useful. I have already added Fowfers (spelling>)

you should finish the routine first. I traction almost every day its great for stopping turtling. It also makes your flacid longer.

From what I read is it helps keep the healing state elongated so I figured why not...

what is turtling and why is it really bad if it's a natural thing?
