  • 5 on 2 off or 2 on 1 off?

    hy i do PE for 2 months i dont see realy big results but im optimistic however im following the jp90 routine 5 days on 2 days off but im thinking to change it to 2 days on 1 day off, so my penis can have some better rest... im just wondering the comments of others... what do you guys think is better?

    Well, you can search my posts and see my early results.

    I did 6-on and 1 off for the first 2 weeks, and i am glad I did: I think this was a good conditioning for future building.

    I now do workouts Tues, Thurs and Saturday, and I rest all others. Works for me!

      I don't think there's a hard and fast rule here, and my guess is you know what works best for you - I'd figure give it a go for a week or two and see what difference it makes.. and then let us know

        I always did 1 day on 3 days off and worked great for me here is a look at the
        first 4 1/2 months of my progress that I made, its the (LESS = MORE)
        this progress report is on a messed up schedule missing many days at a time.

        February 26’Th
        Starting stats 6.375” X 5.4” mid shaft 6.050 EG at base.

        March 18’Th
        6.420 Length X 5.430 EG mid shaft

        April 18’Th stats
        6.6 length X 5.5 mid shaft

        May 21’st

        Here is a quick look on how my progress is looking.
        I think I am having good sucess due to a good intense workout while GIVING MYSELF ENOUGH REST TIME !
        Time to heal.
        Four days off on this last one, positive PI's on day 3 plus an extra day.
