    I am going into my seventh month of PE. Saw around half an inch gains in length and girth in the beginning on JP's program. Since then not a whole lot in gains. Here is my question: Is it better to stick to the same exercises for a certain length of time or mix in different exercises every day? I know consistency is very important either way. Thanks

    If your no longer gaining from the same routine its time to diversify by adding in new exercises.
