As I stated in my new progress thread, I finished my first session of JP's 90 day beginner routine.

Here are some simple questions:

How do I know if I am jelqing correctly? Some signs?

How do you do the "lamda" jelq? I read about it somewhere on the forums and didn't quite understand.

I have a low LOT. I did all of my jelqing as far upwards as I could. I figured if I did them were my kegels tugged the most I would have the most effect. The question is...

Would it be a good idea to combine jelqing and kegels? So that as I was doing the upwards reps I was also clenching? This would be almost like stretching and jelqing at the same time...
