  • Kegel Routine?

    I've been doing kegel exercises on and off for a year and a half and I would say that I have a pretty strong pc muscle, but I don't really have a specific routine that I stick to and I just wanted to hear some routines that some of the experts hear use. I can hold off ejaculation if masturbating or while having sex as long as I stop stimulation I can hold it in, and recently I have been doing longer kegel holds rather than just the quick 100-200 kegels and it seems to have helped a lot more. So just anyone that has a good routine that works for them please post here, thank you!

    Week1: 10 Sets : 5sec burst, 5sec break then 3 Sets: 30sec hold, 30 sec break.
    Week2: I doubled everything.
    Week3: 400 consecutive kegals, 10 Sets: 20sec hold, 20sec break.
    Week4: 20min random kegals (Both Bursts and holding with no breaks)
    Since then I have Lessened my kegal routine and do a majority reverse kegal now but I hope this helps you!

      Do not jump into this routine, kegels can be overtrained.

        They most definitely can! This worked for me, but I guess looking at it again it looks pretty strenuous?
