hey guys its been 3 months and i haven`t gain shit. I was wondering if im doing something wrong. I do this everyother day. I warm up with a space heater for 5 min, then i to tension stretches with the space heater 10 secs each 10 times Straight out, left, right, up then between the cheeks. Then i do bundle stretches with the space heater for 10 minutes 30 secs each way, then the last stretch is circular stretch for 5 min with space heater. Then i do girth which would be uli`s for 10 min, 10 min pump with slow squash jelqs four times. Then i clamp for 30 min and warm down for 5 to 10 min please can someone help me. Im tired of buy pills and using this sorry ass dr kaplan pump. Does that enlargel stuff work. Also does bathmate really work like matters of size claims? Im thinking about get bathmate.
