In Bodybuilding, some people will stick with the same routines and workouts throghout their whole regimen, some like the "shock factor" of switching different workouts on different days, so that the body doesn't adapt too quickly for the most efficient gains. What Im curious about is if anyone has applied this to PE, doing different workouts on different days, not sticking to the same routine everyday, and if the "shock factor" that one gains from in bodybuilding might be applied to PE. I know that it isn't skeletal muscle, but it is something that has been on my mind lately. Would be intereting to try it out. Has anyone ever done this? And if so, what were your results as far as gains and overall EQ go?

I do different routine on different days. I currently do 3 days on of jelqing, then a rest day, then 2 days on of Big Al's Jelq free routine, then a rest day, and repeat. In 3 weeks I gained .2 inches in length and my EQ has gone up.Start
Goal (ST | MT | LT)
BPEL: 8.0 | 8.5 | 9.0
NBPEL: 7.0 | 7.5 | 8.25
MEG: 5.5 | 5.75 | 6.25
BEG: 6.0 | 6.25 | 6.5+

In athletics, people often work the lower body one day, and the upper body the next, and this works.
But you only have one penis (I hope).
While I would add variety to your workouts after the 90-day routine, I feel strongly about rest days. Rest days are for complete rest.Concentrating on kingpole's Beginner to Advanced Beginner Routine

Yes, there are some who believe that a lot of variety was beneficial to their gains. There is one fellow who went by the name "Peter Dick" over at Thunder's Place who was an advocate of this approach and did a different routine virtually every day and had good results (the "Peter Dick Method").
