while 20 minutes a day is good it may not be enough to achieve your goals...i understand you are probably a busy man and you may work hard also and find it hard to find the time...but maybe you should do what all the great gainers have done...wake up early in the morning and do your exercises,then you will be finished for the day and this will show dedication,discipline and devotion,all these things are needed for PE,as you probably know yourself having tried PE before...if your living arrangements dont allow for this then you will have to find an hour sometime during your day...also the LOT theory is something that i dont think is important,it is really just a theory...

Thanks, guys, for all of your advice! I reckon you're right about the length of time spent, though. Obviously, due to this advice, I'll be spending more time - BUT do I still need to warm up for 10 minutes if I've been lying in a hot bath for 20 minutes or so?!
Maybe I just don't recognise the importance of manual warming up because I'm new, but it seems like that would suffice?!
I'm eager to get properly started - are the routines you've mentioned above suitable for a relative beginner?

I would highly recommend for your penile health that you do warm up/down for at least 8 mins. You don't want to cause injury to your member.
The routine I use it just a modified version of JP's which I have made some changes this week to
to what is good for my member so that it feels the fatigue. JP's is a good routine to follow for beginners to condition your penis.Begin 7/25/2011:
NBPEL 7, BPEL 7.2, MEG 5.6, BEG 6
Current 12/05/2014:
FL 5.25, FG 5.2
NBPEL 7.8, BPEL 8.1, UEG 5.75, MEG 6.25, BEG 6.7

Hi Guys,
So I thought I'd write up my routine, to see what you think!
1) Warm Up (10 mins)*
2) Basic Stretches (Left, Right, Down, Up, Straight Out) (10 secs per stretch, 5 stretches per direction)
3) Wet jelqing at 'egg strength' (10 mins, 5 secs per jelq)
4) 50 Kegels (I'd like to do one before each jelq stroke in future, so total of around 120 per 10 mins)
5) Warm Down (5 mins)*
* This is basically lying in a hot bath, doing gentle stretching/very very very light jelqing, etc
Any improvements for the time taken? Discovered I could actually fit in around 45-60 mins a day, not 20
Any advice at all would be much appreciated!!

I would hold the stretches longer. Right now I do 3 sets of 30 second holds for the same directions you're doing, but I'm going to be adding more time weekly. I've read that stretches held for longer are more beneficial.

I think that at first you will have to start with 30 minutes a day, and then after a while you will need to increase your routine to yield results, but hey sometimes you just keep getting results with the S.O.S. but it isnt like that for most.
BPEL= 6.0 + 0.2
EG (MID)= 4.45 +.05
*Short Term Goal*
EG (MID)=5.0
*GOAL*
BPEL= 6.2
EG (MID)= 6.0
