Thread: New to enlargement, Help please

Hi I have been doing kegels for the past 4 weeks to help a PE problem I seemed to have developed 3 months into a new relationship. I am looking at enlargement, what exercises are there? could someone suggest a concrete routine for me, girth and length, i'd say i'm bout 5.5" long erect and maybe 4.5" girth, but the girth is a complete guess. And are these exercises the root of erectile disfunction later in life?

Hey Aka. A great starting point would be JP's 90 day beginner routine which is a conditioning routine which works on both length and girth. These exercises have made my penis a bit more sensitive over time, but I would never blame them for my PE. PE is caused by an imbalanced pelvic floor which can be fixed by beginning a kegel routine.

No they are not the causes for ed later in life. I'm already in my "later in life stage" and if anything they will help you. Do what Diesel suggested; go look at the beginners routine, ask questions and get started. If you don't want to get started get started anyway! Oh by the way, welcome to the gym. If you're a gnome then I'm in charge of you! ( it's kind of an inside joke so don't get nervous; stick around for a few weeks and you'll get it!)

haha a gnome? I think I get the humor, similar to stump? THanks alot guys that's great, i'm really trying hard now to focus on reverse kegels b/c my pelvic floor gets as hard as a rock before sex and PE becomes a huge problem, i'm talking a minute...
