I've been reading about LOT Theory and all the ways to find your own LOT, but still don't understand what exercises would be best for my situation. I lose tug at around the 7-8 o'clock range, and would like a good routine that would concentrate more on length than girth. It takes a lot of foreplay for my wife to stretch for my width. I don't know what normal girth is, but mine is measuring 5 5/8 inches at mid shaft. My problem is that I am 6 inches length erect and would like to get to 7.5 inches one day if it's possible.

Are there any lengthening exercises that benefit someone with LOT in the aforementioned range? Your help please!!!
