I have a thread over at the progress section feel free to visit. (link at the bottom of my posts)
So heres my problem i have been doing pe since march, June i started the log and 'got serious'. The majority of my gains were achieved in the first few months but ive been working hard ever since.
I always make sure i stretch properly and jelq with quality in mind. So Ive been hitting between 5.5-5.8 inches BPFEL for some months now, i even changed at one point to just focus on length but again to no avail. i seem to be doing 'ok' with BPEL can can reach 6.4-5 when i kegel and good quality of erection but i use those BPEL measurements loosly.
I just Cant seem to advance from here AT ALL ive contemplated that i may be a slow gainer and thought about hanging however my girth is really no up to scratch, i could make my own but i have a feeling it may fall off.
I have also re started my girth routines to see where that takes me but id like to gain both together.
As im sure you can appreciate its getting a little dis-heartining.
If anyone has any suggestions id be MORE THAN HAPPY to hear them if you have any questions about my routine or anything else please ask away.

Hey Schlittle, Thanks for replying!
I know the log is abit mis mash at times but ive been doing roughly the same routine for long while, i know i make a big deal and say 'new routine' but in essence it much the same with little tweaks here and there!
In terms of trying to target the tunica ive been doing adaptations of V streches where i do a A stretch in all 5 (including front) for 60 secs each and thats 1 set.
The one thing that has been bothering me is that i keep thinking im not actually stretching the inside of the penis i.e. i cant get a good enough grip around the glands;
As just below the penis head the glands ends, and whilst i and keep the head of the penis in the strecth the glands (well it feels like the glands; something defo slips behind) seem to slip behind my hands.
Its much harder to stretch when i keep the glands secure (not slipping back) and i dont get as much expansion in length; which leads me to believe im not actually properly stretching.
If so ive got to find some way ive stopping the gands slipping as my hands just cant get a grip.
What do you think?

I know you aid you aint been doing it long, but sometimes someone elses perspective helps!

A good idea could be take time out. Take a break for a couple of months, the gains have dried up and a break could be exactly what you need. Your dong will de-condition, without losing any size hopefully, and when you come back you'll spark new growth.

There are several theories and methods involving avoiding/ breaking plateaus:
Different workouts, by which I mean say if you PE 5 times a week each workout is different. Some swear by this actually.
Reminds me that I should maybe measure in case I've plateaued myself.Foreskins are friends.

Hey Guys thanks for the replys (was away this week so couldnt reply)
It seems a de-conditioning break may help....the only problem is over the past week with no pe im dying to get back into a routine again.
Aiden784 i think ill up the intensity of the workload. Possibly going from 4 sets of strectching a day to 8. keeping jelqing the same with 2 clamping sessions.
I think ill have to make sure im stretching properly and split the routine up over the day and see where this leaves me in a few months.
