Thread: KP & JP Routine Mix..Good Idea?
- 01-27-2011 #1
Hi i finally decided to join this site after being skeptical for awhile. PE isn't new to me i did it for about 3 months and just stopped for no reason. I decided to try a mix between KP and JP 90 day routine, this is my second day of PE starting back up again and I wanted to know if this was a good routine to use:
Warm-up: 5-10 min
JP basic strecthing
JAI strecth x75
Wet jelq x150 (both hands=1rep)
V jelq x90 (one hand=1rep)
Any input or advice would be great. thanks

Sorry, where's the KP part? I only see JP90 with jai's and an extra set of stretching.Foreskins are friends.

I am guessing he is refering to KingPole's beginner to advanced beginner routine, which I am doing part of.
To answer: Create a plan and stick with it for 90 days. JonPops routine is the most popular, but that doesn't mean it is ideal for everyone.
Select a routine, or create a combination of two, and stick with it!!

Yes I understand what he's referring to Midasman, but as I said there's no specific part of that routine mentioned or any of KP's routines mentioned here. When you read KP you immediately think edging/ ballooning .
But yes like Midasman said although it's the most popular newbie routine the JP90 can be quite intense for some and so I'd advise against doing an extra set of stretches, at least for now.
Oh and welcome to the gym!Foreskins are friends.

Will do thanks for the advice. Would it be ok to substitute the extra stretches for edging/balloning?

When considering adding edging into a newbie routine that doesn't already prescribe it, total workload should be considered.
