Here's an interesting theory I've been thinking about...I do my PE at night after I workout at the gym, then I'm usually asleep 2 hours later. People edge after their sessions to get new blood into the micro tears in their penis right? So by be sleeping shortly after my PE and getting random erections all throughout the night which I have heard can last up to 30mins at a time, isn't that like edging in your sleep? I mean sure you can PE in the morning and edge after or later in the day, but wouldn't PEing at night then letting the night wood act as edging work just the same, minus building stamina of course.

I've heard this theory before, there's also the one that PE'ing first thing in the morning means you're working with hormone rich blood.
Both are interesting but I don't think it matters too much.
Doing your routine right before bed should mean that it's unlikely you'll turtle for a few hours following it.Foreskins are friends.

That's an interesting theory but I don't think that it changes much things regarding gains for 2 reasons:
_ if you PE before going to bed (that's what I do, I even PE sometimes in the middle of the night for privacy reasons), your penis will be tired in the following hours and you'll have less nocturnal erections than if you PE at any other time of the day (I'm speaking from my experience anyway)
_ Nocturnal erections are generally not full blown erections (once again, this is from my experience) and yet, the idea behind edging is to keep your penis at maximal erection for a long time so I'm not sure that these erections enter in the edging category...

If you want full blown erections all night long try PT-141. It's a research peptide that is/was under testing for use as an aphrodisiac.
Nocturnal erections are one of the most common effects reported and from experience it is very true.
