    Hey Guys...

    Bad moods and PE dont mix at all...
    ANYWAY I have a question...

    After a PE session.
    Say I am working on base girth.
    When I edge and get to my full erection, shouldnt I see a temporary gain at my base girth?
    If I dont see any gain at all...was my session even effective at all?

    I seem to be working for girth and getting nowhere...
    I do my session and at the end while edging my erection doesnt change.

    The only temp gains I would expect one to see are from a slightly increased EQ percentage from increased blood flow. Not like you'll actually see gains from the microtears in tissue before they even have a chance to expand, heal, and/or have cells multiply.

      This is a debated issue. I've never trained for girth myself so I can't speak personally. But some look for expansion during/following a routine but some have gained plenty without having those effects.

      It's all trial and error like with most things in PE as you know. Are you getting good expansion during the routine even if you're not after while edging?

          I do get expansion while I am doing my upper and mid girth routine.
          But I am just wondering for my base girth routine I mostly do stretching at the base.
          I dont get to see expansion there so I am wondering if it is even helping?

          So far I have done two seperate routines.

          Base girth routine.

          Warm up.(10 minutes)
          Basic stretches in all directions with kegel.(5 minutes)
          Light jelqs(30 reps)
          JAI stretches(50 reps)
          Light jelqs(30 reps)
          Tunica tug(3 x 30sec reps)
          Light jelqs(30 reps)

          Edging/Balloning 15mins

          No warm down with hot water/anything else...Dont know why but it kills my good PIs.
          Going to add bundled stretch soon.

          Mid and Upper girth routine.

          Warm up(15 minutes)
          Light jelqs(30 reps)
          Semi erect bends(bend in all directions for 30sec each,done once at midshaft and once at uppershaft)
          Light V jelqs(30 reps)
          Uli(2 x Hold for 45 seconds)
          Light V jelqs(50 reps)

          Edging/Ballooning 15 mins

          No warm down.

          I do this as a two day on 1 day off.
          Doing my Base routine on day 1 and Mid and Upper routine on day 2.
          Resting day I will edge and allow orgasm.

          I usually see great a great size difference in my erection when I do my Mid and Upper routine.
          Never my Base routine though...

            I have never noticed the temporary gains that a lot of guys talk about. My gains come very slowly and quietly.

                Gains come slowly but surely most of the time, I wouldn't stress if you don't see any extremely short term girth gains or expansion because that could work against yourself. And your dick is something you look at EVERY DAY! So even if it appears as if nothing's going on down there, you never know something probably is!

                  Good to see you posting Millia.

                  Bones- If you're focusing on base girth via stretching, don't expect expansion, but you can expect the gains in months to come. I would suggest you focus mainly on downward stretching though, possibly BTC aswell. As far as I know it's from lig stretching that the base girth comes.

                    I notice some temporary ones when I'm edging, but that's it. Only if it's a LONG edging session.
