Well the thing is that I kind of lost my morning erections when I started PE. At first I thought that it was from overtraining but as I am now finishing my 6th month in PE I think my penis is used to all the stretching and jelqing! I still have one or two red spots on my penis head once in a while so I want some advice on may cause the lack of morning woods and how can I fix it

i started drinking 3 cups of green tea a day, made my life style more healthy, improved my PE routine (this was like 3 days ago) and im getting wood most mornings.
- and i definalty was never a very woody person

Maybe it is some sort of overtraining. Have you taken a long break? Usually with PE, the night wood is even harder. When I do heavy sessions I wake up in the middle of the night with a steel pipe poking the matress.

Well I am working out with breaks on Wednesday and Sunday. Maybe I should try the 2 days on 1 day off to see what the result might be.

When do you do your routine?
If you do it late at night like myself...
Sometimes Mr.Willy is tired in the morning.
Otherwise I would suggest green tea as pole spearer mentioned.(20/02/13)

You could be over doing it...take some time off and see what happens. Just because your routine says you should work out doesn't mean you have to...same with days off.June 2010 Beginning bpel 5.75 mseg 4.75

Well I do it early in the morning so I will try some green tea! But wasn't it black tea that was good for erection and blood pressure ?

Wow this green tea is AWESOME! Only the 3rd day and the morning wood is back, also my life is more healthier now.
