i was just wondering if it's alright to traction wrap while you're working out? Or would that not be good?

I don't know if I would go and run a marathon with a wrap on but I don't see any reason why working out for an hour or so would hurt. I often wrap and go out and about with no problems.
Best advice is to take it slow. Put on a wrap and start with a light workout for 10-15 minutes and see how it goes. If it goes well, add time and intensity.
You can also try different wraps to see how they work for you.
