  • Best supplements ?

    Hi,

    I would like to know what are the best supplements. My budget is 30$ per month.

    Zinc ? Arginine ?

    Honestly, I think you should take supplements for body health, rather than PE reasons only.
    I take Omega-3, L-Arginine, and Ginko.
    Starting Size (09/2009): ~7"BPEL x ~5" MSEG
    Most Recent Measurement (08/13/2012): 8"BPEL x 5.5"MSEG

        A good multivitamin, some omega 3 ( 1000mg or so daily), green tea ( you can get capsules because I think green tea taste like crap) ginkgo, and a good balanced diet.If you're young be careful taking too much zinc!

            Too much zinc tends to really mess up your nervous system and most young guys get enough in their diet. Ginkgo is very good but you want to " recover your penis?".

              Well, growth of the penis => by rest after "destroying" cells, no ?

              And how many mg of zinc should I take ?

              Green tea = ginkgo or no way ?

                Honestly I would stay away from zinc supplements. If your taking a multivitamin that has enough zinc in it. It's pretty easy to overdose on zinc. And you can get green tea that already has ginko in it. or you can take them separately. But remember these are just supplements. A good healthy overall diet is more important

                  Definitely L-arginine. I take 2,000mg twice daily (morning and before bed, both on an empty stomach). You can get it pretty cheap if you look hard enough.
                  2/1/11 - 6.5 x 4.5
                  2/1/12 - 7.25 x 5
                  2/1/13 - 7.5 x 5

                    I have been diagnosed as having ED resulting from diabetes. As such, I have taken all the supplements mentioned above (including 7 gr of l-Argenine EE) plus many many more. The only one that has shown significant results is Maxidus. If I take one pill 6 hours prior to sex and a second pill 30 minutes prior to sex, I can achieve an 80 - 90% erection. Without Maxidus, there is no way, other than Viagra, I can get it up. Could just be me, but a can't achieve penetration without it. However, I do take 7 gr of l-argenine EE dissolved in green tea with the first pill which adds some slight improvement.

                    USHerbStore.com :: Home offers Maxidus for $39 for a box of 10. I buy 200 for $500. Once you are a customer, you can usually get periodic offers for 25% off and occasionally a 2 for 1 offer.

                    BTW, no pill will provide any growth.

                      There are no supplements that will directly benefit you for PE and only PE. What you should do is take a look at your diet, current health, and what you would like to gain from a supplement. Different supplements do different things, and when you just blindly take something without even needing it, could do more harm to your body than good.

                      Do you need Zinc? Probably not. Do you need Arginine? Probably, but what do you want to use it for? It works differently between the awake and resting body. Could you be better off with PE by changing your diet and daily habits then trying to rely on some miracle pill? I'd be willing to bet so.
