Id like to hear from some vets on their interpretation of the hour-glass shape. Is this a negative PI? I get this occasionally from time to time given a certain temperature, etc.
I get this too...I usually even it out by doing a few dry jelqs or some helicopter shakes. You basically need to give the blood a little nudge so it gets down into your glans.
