Is it actually possible to loose 2 or 3 mm of girth while having gains in length? I've started in August 2010 with EG middle shaft - 4.7 and NBPEL 5.5 ---> in November when I measured I was EG - 4.8 and NBPEL 5.9 and today when I measured again my EG was back to 4.7 but my NBPEL is now 6.1... I am kind of confused because I am aiming mostly girth but I am getting only length. So any suggestions what should I do?
Btw my routine is:
10 min - Warm up
15 min of jelq-ing and squeezes ( the sequence is 2 min jelq 1 min squeeze)
2 sets of basic streching
20 to 30 min ballooning including ULIs for 5 min

I can't because if I stretch before jelqing I get erect and it's useless. As for the jelqing I always do it at high level of erection. But I just understood that it is my smooth muscle that is holding me back because my BPFL is 7.5 but my BPEL is 6.8. May this actually cause the problem because my EQ isn't 10 and this is leading to not completely filling the penis with blood?

You said that your EQ isn't at 10. If you EQwas lower when you took your last measurement compared to when you did it before, it could explain the difference in girth.
However, I remember of a member some time ago (sorry, I can't remember his name) who consistently reported slight loss of girth when he gained in length: each time he gained in length, his girth decreased, and some time after he gained again in girth...
