If you cant make time for PE because youre too busy with school/work/family/other, then heres what you could try.
Stick to one exercise that you do randomly throughout your week, whenever you have time.
1) Just kegel a couple of times a week. Squeeze in 50 reps every few days, it'll keep your EQ rock hard.
2) Apply heat to your penis for 5 minutes, then do 50 wet jelqs, 20-50% erection. It shouldnt take more than 10 minutes to do. Do this whenever you have time.
The idea is to invest the least amount of time possible. Also, dont measure and dont think about your penis size... it'll only make you more insecure and worried about it. Ive seen lots of guys around here get way too preoccupied by their penises and it is detrimental to your penile and mental health. Just stick to the minimum and you will gain, believe it or not. I quit PE for a year and a half, lost my excellent gains and now I've got my EQ and some of my girth back. My penis hasnt felt this great in a long time.
