Thread: Rest Days?

Just wondering if anyone does anything on rest days?
or if you do absolutely nothing!
plus if their are advantages/disadvantages to either or?

On rest days I just try to make it a habit take it easy...Although stretching and kegels can be done fairly easily through parts of the day (especially kegeling). On an off day, I may stretch a little in the shower and after I take a piss just to loosen things up, but overall I do little to nothing. I know the science is not 100% certain, but rest is important in any muscle growth routine since that is usually when the muscle actually recovers and grows.

I'm pretty much the same with you on that one, i do try to do as little as possible... sometimes i just cant help myself though and have a quick stretch. was just wondering if it affected anything.

The whole purpose of a rest day is to rest and do nothing. Kegals are fine though. Attempting to do exercises on rest days will slow down the healing process, thus slowing down growth.

I'm taking a short break from my 90 day routine due to reasons that don't concern PE (no I didn't injure my lil big man), but I'm going to continue doing my kegels as planned. Will taking a 1 week break have any affect on my conditioning progress or gains?CURRENT: 6.75" x 5.5"
GOAL: 7" x 6"

Its real quick and easy, and will keep your dong "in shape" for when you can get back to regular workouts.
