Equally your response to nutritional and lifestyle factors will have a genetic element. Your hormone production, maximums, metabolism, etc. will all have predetermined genetic levels that are in turn affected by environmental factors.
When it comes to anything, be it athletic performance, cognitive ability and probably dick size too... In the realms of the average, genetics vs external factors are interchangeable. However when you get to the upper and lower percentiles, there is only so much training and lifestyle can do before you start hitting your genetic limits - then genetics makes all the difference.

genetics and environment are closely related in that the environment chooses which genetics are passed on. there is a reason Scandinavian men are taller than irish men. a large abundance of protein in the form of seafood was available to those in Scandinavia, allowing larger men to still reach there caloric and nutritional needs. in ireland, there was not as much nutrition available for large men to stay nourished, therefore the most successful breeders were smaller and needed less calories. this is where your genetic determination comes from, however i believe that adaptability during ones lifetime is more important to that persons body than the genetic evolution that brought it about. case in point, my friend mike who is 3 inches taller than his identical twin brother.
evolution vs adaptability. now thats a debate. The force is strong with you young Skywalker. Obi Wan has trained you well.
