Sorry I don't have answer but can you clarify what flaccis squeezes are, couldn't find and videos tend not to work, so if there is only video, I don't know things:P

Ok thanks. I do those sometimes for like 30 seconds, only a couple reps. Its probably not right though. So I'll be sure to keep track of this.Starting (02-11-2011):
