Pretty much what the title says
I do 10 min jelq in my routine but im finding it hard to stay hard during this time.
I have no problems with erections when im not doing pe
so why can't i stay hard when im jelqing ?
Its totally ruining my workouts and im losing motivation

Ten minute jelqing leads me to believe you are into stretching more. Ten minutes isn't much time, but if you do a lot of stretching then try jelqing maybe your unit is simply worn out, or you have lost some of the motivation to keep going. Perhaps try stretching one day, jelqing the next. If you are not mentally into it your results will not be as good. If you beat off frequently, perhaps cut back on that. My jelqing sessions are maximized the hornier I am when I am doing them.

Thats the the thing man
i do a 3 on 1 off workout
10 min warmup
30sec stretch every direction whilst kegeling
10 min jelq
10 min warmdown
and only jerk after every 3rd session
i would't say im overly stretching and my routine is relativly lite
so im confusedBPEL 6.6
EG 4.9 (+ 0.1)
L GOAL 8.0
G GOAL 6.0
