One rep, two rep, three rep more!

Happy Monday, beautiful day in Sacramento.


Is there a consensus as to what one rep (jelq) stands for?

The more I read, the more I realize,


1 rep = 2 strokes

By that logic, when someone says 50 jelqs, does that universally translate into 100 strokes?


What have you all been doing?

It isn't universal, I'm pretty sure only JP's routine uses that counting method and so that's where some learn it. For me 1=1.
But I'm not really a rep counter anyway, I tend to go for time or feel.

I do strictly v jelqs and count 1 rep with one hand, has worked well for me . Sacremento eh? Id love to hit up California, but stuck in cold Western Canada lol
