Thread: Beginners Concern

Hi everyone. I have a question/concern, one which you're all probably all too familiar with.
A while back, about a year and a half ago or more, I found a site containing some free exercises. It consisted of stretches, squeezes, and jelqing, along with kegeling.
I followed the routine for 6 months but saw no gains. The only thing I benefited from was the kegels. I was left disappointed and - although with a firmer penis and stronger PC muscle - the same size as I started.
So, here I am, ready to take another shot at things, and have already begun JP's routine (started about a week ago).
Howerver, my question/concern is this: I've been on various other sites, such as Penis Health and Penis Advantage. They claim to offer results within as little as 8 minutes a day. What separates PE gym from these sites (aside from the fact that all the info is free)? Does PE gym offer the same results, exercises, etc., in as little or comparable time?
Sorry to regurgitate such a redunant question, but after dedicating myself to a different routine and getting nowhere, I am wondering if my better route is to attempt shelling out $ for one of the other said programs, or if the PE gym site will deliver.

So you religiously jelqed like 200 times a day for 6 months and saw no gains? If that is the case why even jelq now? You have to be honest though if you did this religiously or you just jelqed once in a while.
You won't find results with 8 minutes/day...don't believe them. Even with penis surgery you have to hang for a long time afterward!
My suggestion? Look into hanging with jelqing. If jelqing and stretches didn't work at all for you in 6 months then you mine as well try something different!Starting April 2010: NBPEL: 5.25-5.5

New Routine: OTS hanging, bundled stretches in between, erect stretches, 100 jelqs at full erection level.

Try putting in 1 hour per day 5 days a week for 6 months and see if you still have no gains.

Considering it is suggested that you spend at least 15 minutes of warming up it's pretty obvious 8 minutes a day will not do much. You have to do routines correctly and consistently to see gains.

What separates PE Gym from those sites? Easy...
The people here don't make any promises, period, so to say. It is up to you. And surely we don't promise that you can see results with 8 minutes a day. That is absurd. You're coming at this all wrong. Sorry, we cannot offer you a "5 minute a day plan" to beat out PH or PA or any other site, haha. It doesn't work like that. And most of all, you are not paying for this 'service'. I don't really understand where you are coming from. As far as I know this site is a free resource with many helpful threads, articles, and people that will tell you everything you need to know about PE.
I haven't been around here long, but the people definitely deliver here. But you have to stop looking for an easy answer and start making a real plan and putting some work into it. The info is here...And free.

You don't find the same people elsewhere as you do here, the community at pegym is simply amazing, everyone here is out to help you and are extremely understanding.
We have all the information you need and can help a lot, I find JP's 90 day beginner program to be a little too strenuous on the beginners such as myself so i did cut back a little bit on his exercises, but you have to find what works best for you.
A little advice, Less is more and Warming up is the absolute key to gains, spend about 15 minutes warming up to get yourself all loose so that expansion would be easier, its logical, you can't stretch something that's stiff can you? You have to be determined and dedicated, some people follow their routines for 1 month and get gains, some for 2 months and don't, and some for 3 months and still dont'. Every one is different but no one has a penis that never grows. If you don't get any gains after a month, try upping the ante just a little bit, but keep in mind, LESS IS MORE!! you have to take a couple of days off in the week otherwise your penis won't have time to grow.

I bought penis health and penis advantage and penis acess but never stuck to the workouts. They have the same excercises you will find here but here you will get better advice here. Don't waste your money on things I already have when the same information is right here at the gym. Find a routine that's fits you and stick with it and if you don't gain then increase the intensity as long as your physcoligical indicators are good and you will be fine read all the info you can on here and go from there and ask questions. You will gain if you find the right routine and perfect your technique. Simple.

Aside from that ^, I appreciate everyone's input. To shed a little more light on things, the exercises took roughly an hour in my first routine. However, warm-up only took up about 5 minutes, but recommended consistent heat every 15 minutes or so, either via the warm up cloth method, or exercising in front of a space heater.
I'm not looking for an easy answer. I basically wanted to know how it is that PH can promise gains in as little as 8 minutes a day within 6 months, when EVERYONE here decries it. I'm not saying the PE gym is fallacious, I'm just seeking answers that I can't attain otherwise. . .unless I pay for them, lol.
I'll continue JP's beginner routine. Interestingly, after 2 weeks, my bpel and nbpel this morning was .25 inch longer. I know measurements can vary, as erections can vary with conditions. But I'll continue to keep hope in gains, as well as contribute questions/concerns, as well as any constructive info I can offer to fellow members.
