Hey guys, how did any of you who didn't make early gains stay motivated to keep doing pe?
I know I've only been at it about 4 months which isn't long for pe, but it seems like every one else got early results. I know the two aren't totally analogous but if I went to the gym for 4 months and saw no results I'd be tempted to quit. BTW I'm not saying I'm gonna quit, just that it's hard to see no results, yet keep pushing. Thanks.

Yes, start by reassessing where you started and where you are now, and not necessarily just how much girth and length you have or have not gained. How regimented where you and did you work on technique? Is your routine planned out or are you just going with the flow? I know it is frustrating, I made some early gains and have been slowed to a crawl for longer than I care to. I am not going overboard with this PE stuff, and though I have thought about quitting (I am more than comfortable with my size as it was and presently is), I find myself rethinking what and how I am doing things and keep plugging away. I am lucky that my start size was above average, and my goals are modest indeed, so as I said, I just keep plugging away.

What's your routine? You're likely conditioned now so don't be too afraid of more intensity, obviously still be cautious though.Foreskins are friends.

5 minutes of stretching in all directions (straight out, down , up, left, right).
300 dry jelqs
10 minutes or so edging
Then beginning this month I did the bed fowfers(this is kind of my warm up)
10 minutes stretching each direction
100 of the Ultimate jelqs
200 dry jelqs
3 ulis at 30-60 seconds a piece
Maybe some edging

I'm big on real warm-ups for the most part so that's the only insight I could really offer. Fowfers aren't great in that respect, at least in my experience.
Some people believe dry jelqs are more intense than wet ones so it could well have been a case of over training from the start.
You mention that your EQ has gotten worse? Significantly? How? Remember EQ is more than just the hardness of your erections.Foreskins are friends.

On the warm up I just bought some rice so I'll do a rice sock now haha.
Also, you think I should cut down on the jelqs?

had a similar request for input. i started trying this out about 6 weeks ago and saw some noticeable (but not huge) gains pretty fast. then, the past couple weeks nothing and even a little bit of a regression toward where i started. doing pretty much the same thing, although i did start a new job and haven't had much sleep. anyone else out there have some early success and then hit the wall? any advice if you've been there?
