Thread: girth challenged

I havent really been seeing great girth results using ulis and High EQ jelqs, are there any different versions of these exercises or any different girth exercises that anyone could recommend. I have been seeing good length gains over a 6 month period using stretchs and low EQ jelqs.

Horses? SSJ's? 'Double Uli's' or Isolated compressions squeezes? Even clamping if you feel upto it.
BUT, how long have you been working girth? Give it a good few months I would suggest, what does your routine and schedule look like?Foreskins are friends.

Shouldn't you do girth work every other day? Or just three times a week spread out?6th Jan 11: NBPEL: 7" BPEL: 7 7/8" EG: 4 7/8"

24th May 12: NBPEL: 7" BPEL: 7 7/8" EG: 5.1"
