  • Vitamins....and benefits of taking them.

    Ello everyone, I was going to start this thread because i wanted people to post their daily vitamin schedule if they have one and benefits of what they take.

    I take the following daily:

    Fish Oil
    Billberry extract (because kingpole says to all the time so figure he knows what hes talkin about)
    Korean Ginseng
    Multivitamin
    L-Arginine


    Ive been PEing for 2 months now and the last month ive been taking these supplements, and i can definitey tell how much better i feel in the second month than the first. It is also psychologically beneficial too, knowing that i am giving myself that extra boost for growth and healing aids in the confidence of PEing for me. Give me and everyone else your thoughts on supplements and that is all.
    Starting-Jan 2011- BPEL=7.5"x6"
    Feb 2011- BPEL=7.9"x6"
    Mar 2011- Bpel =8.0"x6"
    NBPEL=7.25"x6"
    flaccid length-4.6"


    Long Term Goal BPEL=10"x6.75"

    I don't take any of this because of PE, mostly for aiding working out and making me healthier overall, but in the end that helps PE.

    Morning:
    1.5 scoops White Flood (workout days only)
    1 scoop Purple Wraath
    1 scoop Green Magnatude (workout days only) [Magnesium Creatine Chelate,
    1 multi-vitamin

    1 multi-vitamin with dinner, sometimes two if I don't take it before I workout

    Before bed:
    Arginine Pyroglutamate
    L-Lysine

    The workout sups have the majority of the Lysine, Arginine, ginger, ginko, etc that people feel are really beneficial for PE. In my opinion, it's kind of silly to be taking supplements just because of how they may help growth in PE. Taking them to be healthier will have far better benefits in all aspects of your life, including PE.

      I've started taking vitamins. So fish oil is something to take for PE? Gonna start doing that now. Anyone know if GNC has anything worth taking? There's one about 5 mins away and I plan to go there and find something good for PEing.

        Fish oil is good for cardiovascular health. Although these statements gave not been evaluated by the fda. haha

          what is the purpose of taking L-Lysine?

              For Training with weights and Cardio:
              Whey Protein
              Creatine
              L-Glutamine
              ZMA

              For general health(may be beneficial to PE):
              Multi-vitamin
              Vitamin C
              B-Complex
              Cod Liver Oil
              Omega 3 Fish Oil
              Green Tea
              L-Arginine

              Im going to try tribbulis terrestis and horny goat weed when i come off the ZMA as this one is loaded with zinc already.But even L-Arginine has given me better erections on its own.
              Starting Size-------6.75" x 5.0"
              Last Measurement-7.25" x 5.25"
              Destination---------7.5" x 5.5"

                Helps maintain nitrogen balance, the creation of carnatine and beta-oxidation (which helps the body use fat for fuel), calcium absorption, and production of collagen.
                I'm sure there's more reasons, like it being a herpes treatment, but I'm only using it for the above.

                  I have also noticed more gain in size while taking vitamins than not taking them, i would defintiely recomened trying them,

                    No offense, but if you did start completely in January as your signature stats suggest, you need to not get ahead of yourself. That's not enough time to really even tell the difference between real growth or just improved blood flow/eq, let alone if supplements are helping you in growing.
