Thread: Is PE permanent or no ?

I had a conversation with a friend couple of days ago and he kept arguing and contradicted me that after you obtain your goal you gotta keep doing a maintaining PE to not lose the gains, I heard some people around here losing gains cause they stopped PE after 2-3 months so I'm a little confuse here, I'm now thinking of this thing as going to the GYM, working a lot on your muscles and if you quit you slowly lose your shape so are PE gains permanent or you have to maintain after you achieve your goal ?

It's really hard to tell. The best case I've seen was Wadzilla from Thunder's quit PE completely, cold turkey, for 3+ plus years.
I think it was only after around 3 1/2 years that he started to lose size, and as the weeks progressed the losses continued and the speed of the losses increased.
One rule is that the longer it takes you to get your gains the longer they are yours for, which sort of is the theory behind cementing.
I personally believe that maintenance is required, which isn't a problem because I like PE and if I have to tug a couple of times a week or else lose some of my gains, well then that's an easy choice for meForeskins are friends.

Thanks for the response, I love PE too and I will indeed have a maintaining routine as well because I feel my unit healthier when doing these exercises so life time PE for meStart(Feb/19)

So, Wadzilla's went back to normal again? Like just before he started PE, not past normal I hope.
Like it goes back to a very old tired state
But as with bodybuilding aren't the changes permanent but with some loss? The penis is different
but should it not be the same, how the hell can it go back to its previous state, dont get it.

Pretty sure the gains with bodybuilding are less permanent than that. Take a bodybuilder and have him lay in bed with no exercise for three years and see how much of that muscle is retained. Seems like the maintenance required with PE is rather minimal once you've gt your gains, you just can't stop entirely.

Well Wad started PE'ing again so it's hard to say.
We have a couple of members here that are apparently maintaining but I'm not aware of their routines, it may just be a couple of edging sessions a week or it may still be 4-5 relatively full sessions.
Plenty of guys have gone a couple or a few months of no PE without loss but they tend to be guys who had done PE with commitment for a good while before. So just like PE in general this could well be an individual thing, but from what I can gather slower gains or more months of consistent PE means slower losses.

As both Hockey and Messer pointed out, it can be compared to bodybuilding. But also, when you build a lot of muscle naturally, and then decrease your workout time or stop, it takes a long time for your muscle to go back to phase 1, your body has spent so much time adapting to the stress that it would take a really long tiome for it to revery to the beginning. I think the general rule of thumb, as aidan pointed out that, with PE, as with all body modification, such as earlobe stretching, however long it took you to get to their, it will take that amount of time to revert back, or even longer because, as pointed out before, your body has gone through the stress of adaptation."I came, I saw, I conquered"- Julius Cesear
