    So, after a long break from stretching and jelqing, I jumped back on the horse.

    Three workouts, 1 on 2 off

    100 jelqs
    5 minute stretching

    10 min warm up
    10 min warm down.

    50 kegels and increasing super kegels.


    Felt great before starting again, but after the workout two nights ago, turtling and loss of morning/night wood.


    Maybe jelqing and stretching just isn't for me? I'm happy with my size, and my girlfriend is in pain if I go too deep.

    At this point my only goal is incredible EQ.

    Should I just maintain a kegel routine?

    Anyone, and everyone's opinions are welcome.

    I'm still working on my EQ so i'm not really one to advise first-hand, but i'm sure the mighty G411 says he gets his best EQ from jelqing, edging and kegels. Maybe you can just do enough jelqs to maintain health and EQ 2 or 3 times a week without increasing your size too much. Ejaculating maybe every second edge session.
