Ive been experimenting with different supps over my PE peroid of 6 months. Tried Ginko, Ginseng, Garlic, Ginger, Green tea, Daimiana, Muira Puama, Zinc.
Now im going to go for Hagthorn and horny goat weed (Yin Yang Huo) might throw in some Saw Palmetto
What i notice is that some of the herbs may have a placebo effect and some dont take effect right away but after a prolonged use.
The most beneficial i would say is Ginko, Garlic, Daimiana,Muira Puama.
Ginko increases the blood flow, Garlic does that to some degree also aswell as keeping you healthy(not been sick once in 3 years after i began taking garlic) Daimiana and Muira puama helps the erection (atleast for me) they are know to help with libido and lust.

Supplements for me help balance me.
Im doing my best to diet and lose some weight, exercise and all that, but somedays i know ima have some days where i slip and dont eat all the right things. I take 1 gram of L-arginine (1 500mg in the morning and again at night), 100 mg of pynogenol at night, 1600 mg of red root ginseng (800 mg am & pm), & the gnc horny goat weed in the am and at night (its 600 of the hgw extract, 250 maca root, and 25 mg of polypodium vulgare root powder each serving), along with my daily mutlivitamin.
It helps me maintain a good blood flow on off days, and i have less bad days on workout days. Took me a couple weeks to find the best balance between em all, but it keeps me energized even after i do my running and weight training before PE.
you an find most (if not all) of these on amazon like i did, but other than the HGW, i get from swanson.09

to answer the question
Im looking for increase in bloodflow to help further expansion. Aswell as hormone increase for cellular regrowth
I havent had morning wood in ages. Due to sleep problems. Even tho i kegel alot. But Damiana have given me 50% erections every morning after i started it... so i know it works and i move on to next supplement. Next on list is Muira Puama which is supposed to have a similar effect but not quite the same.
So for now i can say i recomend damiana strongly. Zinc i quit using as i get the vitamins i need each day included ginseng zinc and greentea from Gerimax daily energy. Which is a multivitamin supplement i can also recommend.
I will review them one at a time with both benefits and/or negative effects.
Like for instance the saw palmetto is used for big prostates. It works as a dht blocker that may be a bad thing for pe. But it also works as an estrogen blocker which is good. so il take some extra notes on that one. (one of the side effects from this plant is increase in hair growth/stopping hair loss, this im most likely due to the dht blockers.)

I have just bought some more Tribulus which I find increases sex drive & gives a more plump flaccid.
A handful of peanuts a day is a good idea as the mono-unsaturated fats are good for testosterone. I swear I can tell the difference on days when I forget to eat them.
I want to try Daimiana (it's hard to find on it's own) & also Butcher's Broom.Vulcan

So its quite pure
But if you mean the herb itself ive never seen it.
I eat a bag of nuts every day, im using them to gain weight for building.
I take em because girth work is killing my eq, and theese give me the plump i want ( and some spontaneus erections my gf dont mind ) But im struggeling to get to 100% theese days. Need to kegel more i suppose. And take a week off after i finish this weeks program witch is intense in my eyes. But results is results and im getting big ones at the moment =DStarting Size 2010:
