8 min warm up
STRETCHES:
grasp your penis and slowly pull it out to a decent (but not too hard at this stage) stretch. Then hold the stretch and do 10 rotaries clockwise and anti-clockwise after each direction. after each directional do 25 quick kegels.
50 reverse Jelqs
Repeat with 50 "Wet Jelqs" and 30 "V" Jelqs. (3-5 seconds a rep)
Do a total of 150 "Wet Jelqs" and 90 "V" Jelqs. (3-5 seconds a rep)
100 kegels over the course of the day +5 everyday (4 seconds each contraction)
5-6 minute warm down
edging 40-50 minutes.
I'm trying to shoot for a little more short-term length, and base girth. just so I have an even penis (not discontinuing my current exercises, the gains are good, I just want
to start making it nice and tidy IF I CAN.)
all help is greatly appreciated.
so yeah that is the full routine for the next month or so.

ive found that the side to side stretch helps with base girth.
it may help you, helped me narrow the girth different i had between my head and base (went from 1/2 to 1/4 diff)09

Dude take your penis in your hand just below the head and pull out until you feel a nice little stretch, and hold it there for 30 seconds at a time. Do it up, down, left, right, and straight out. Its not that hard.
