I am not sure if someone has done this before and I would like to get some feedback. Also I am wondering what are good intermediate exercises out there that I could use.
So the stretch is basically what you would do if you were about to break a pencil in half or bend an ironbar but with both hands side by side with the palms directly facing either left or right, I would hold it for about 10 sec when I can feel the stretch. I did this to stretch the whole shaft (under the glans , middle , base) and 3 sides (left, right, top)

Did you "warm up" the penis before stretching with a warm cloth? How long did it take you before you started to see results?
