I'm confused about the "hard flaccid" concept. What is the PEgym's official stance on this?

I have personally experienced something that I would maybe call a flaccid that feels harder than normal (not plump/etc). I have also experienced what the forum has labelled as the negative PI "compacting" (?) or "compacted penis" (?).

What is the difference? Is hard flaccid the same negative PI? Should you take a PE break if you see this? I have written a post on the forum a few hours ago with similar concerns. Namely, how do you actually recognize a good workout? Is the flaccid supposed to be slightly compacted afterwards or should it only look plumper or whatever?
