Thread: tried pe, and now no gains

I tried Pe off and on since 2010, however when i first discovered this I was constantly stretching my dick. I think when i first started jelqin I gained a little on my width but that's it. I haven't done any form of pe exercises for about a month or so, before that i used to just constantly stretch my flaccid penis and hold it (and i mean really stretch it, a lot of times through the day), but never saw any gains. I am now worried I have made my tissues too resistant for gains, any advice? I'm currently trying the newbie routine by babbis, did the first workout yesterday, i just don't know what to do guys please help.
Also Do i contuinue with babbis's routine untill completion of phase one, or stop and say ive fucked up my gains for the future?

Did you warm-up before stretching ? and did you took days off ?Start(Feb/19)

Unless you've damaged yourself doing a make-shift PE workout (which is what you did in the past), I'd say you should be excited and enter the regiment worry free. It is like a clean slate. I couldn't imagine anything you did in the past would really hamper your routine now, unless once again, you did some damage to yourself.

thank you guys Taken a load off my mind, I sometimes used to warm up, sometimes didnt, also on days off from regimes, is masturbation ok? or should i just leave my penis alone full stop, as in dont touch it, or stretch it (not in the exercise way) e.t.c

I would replace masturbation with Edging(NE-no ejaculation) and add it to my routine if I were you, good luck man.Start(Feb/19)
