Allright I gave these a try tonight. I only got in three. I can see how this could be an amazing workout and PreE aid as you push towards PONR repeatedly. I had a problem though. I would get my 100% erection and a uli hold. But I would not want to jelq immediately at such a high erection. I waited a bit but my erection subsided too quickly and by the time my jelq got to the head it was like 30% and I had lost all the blood and in my eyes the point of the exercise.
Should I start the Jelq portion sooner? Any other tips to make this exercise effective for me?

Although it's widely thought that jelqing at 100% isn't good, you actually can do it but with a feather-like grip - very easy. Start your jelqing as soon as it starts to subside even the tiniest bit. Coming out of the Uli with such a light grip will be tricky, but doable.
