Thread: Things to improve?

Hey guys I'm looking to improve my Pe workout and my daily life routine, I would be glad if you could give me some advice and help me add even the smallest of things.
My pe routine 1 day on 1 day off:
10 min warmup
60 sec stretches((all 5 directions (+5 sec into stretching for every direction every workout))
60 Jelqs(3second one's) +5 jelqs every workout
10 min warmdown
20-80 min edging(ejaculating at the end)
7 Inch. NBPEL(7.3 BPEL)---Gained 0.2 from jelqing
5.5 Inch MEG gained---0.1 from PE
5-5.5 Inch FL
You can see that I'm not what you would call a fast gainer, but I'm sure most of it comes from inconsistency, overtraining and such, I've been turtling alot before, much less now.
My daily life:
School: 5 days on 2 days off
Weight lifting/cardio 3 days a week
Pe:1 day on 1 day off
I try to eat my healthiest, but still have to eat some junk if there is nothing else around.
I drink green tea 3 times daily(thank you once again kingpole)
I take omega-3 fish oil's daily
I take one cap of Gingko Biloba daily (220mg inulin, 100mg gingko per cap)
I try to supplement my diet with garlic, but YUCK..
My story: I've been PE'ing for about a year now, first 6 months were a mess... wasn't consistent, overtrained, just wasted my time.Latest 4-5 months where things started to get better, I've been PE'ing with less is more approach and increased my EQ from 8 to 9.5(Would say 10 but recently it's pretty hard for me to get an erection on demand, but I still get random erections through the day, almost every lesson)
My EQ: that's a strange thing, I have been doing one of those 1 day on 2 days off workouts in begginer section and have seen an amazing increase in EQ, I never thought my dick could be so hard(its basically warmup,150something jelqs, warmdown), now as I have started my current routine and started to masturbate inconsistently(without edging, before sleep, a little too early before workouts), I'm not getting erections so strong(they feel as hard as used to when I'm extremely aroused, but doesn't hold as good). P.S. My penis was facing a little down when erect, now It's horizontal, I wonder what that could mean.
My LOT: I lose tugback at about 7-8 o'clock
TGC theory: I'm supposed to do more lenght work, thats the main reason i changed my workout. As I've maxed my EQ with 1 on 2 off and my little gains of 0.2x0.1 have stopped.

Good starting stats, my advice would be add +5 or +10 min to that warm-up to be sure you will avoid any injury, and better do stretches with 30-40 quick kegels each hold instead of 60 sec, better blood flow and it seems less than what you're doing, good luck.Start(Feb/19)
