Thread: Back to PE!

Well ive been off any sort of Pe for about 3 weeks, last i checked having lost any sort of length or girth luckily!
I started again today, going to go back to the very original routine i did, mon-fri, warm-up, stretching then 10 mins of jelqs and 5 mins of v-jelqs, im determined to at least hit that 8x6 i want, doing at least 5-10 1min hold double uli's as well to try and push those girth gains on. Going to also when watching tv in my room try some bundled stretches, stretches involving my penis but not the ligaments, see if i can get anymore gains out of my dick!
