Hey, so I'm just wondering on how to enlarge my penis. I can't do any thing that needs me to warm up my dick with a warm towel, nor can I do any any thing that requires me to keep my dick flaccid. I also can't take any pills or supplements since I already take a lot of supplements for bodybuilding. I have a penis pump, but it seems that I get stuck at the same spot with it. So, I'm thinking about other options of what can work. Also, anyone know a Porn shop in toronto that sells a wide variety of penis enlargement products, the one in my area of newmarket, only has penis pumps, pills, and cock rings.

Hmmm ... seems like with all of the restrictions you're putting up against yourself, you really don't plan on doing much enlarging. Why the barriers? Effective routines will take some effort. You could do a jelqing routine and some bends - that seems like something you may could fit in but progress will be slow.

I'm too sensitive to keep my dick flaccid, and my parents will wonder why a tower will be soaking wet on a daily basis.

There's not much that would be advisable without some sort of warm-up. You don't have to use a towel, you can make a rice sock and put it in the microwave. You could also buy a Bathmate, you seem comfortable using a pump and that's a good one and it can also serve as a warm-up if you use it while taking a warm bath.

Would strapping a cock ring on my dick for a day help?

You could try fowfers for a warm up, but like Messer and GTO said I think you can find a way to warm your penis. Saying the hot towel is for your muscles is a good excuse - dude your parents aren't going to be like "we know that hot towel is a warm-up for your penis exercises!"
As for getting too erect, a lot of members report becoming too erect at first (especially when jelqing) but that the penis and mind eventually adapt to what is going on. I'm not sure if you tried PE in the past, but I'd give it a week or two and see if you are still getting too hard.

You have to be careful with pumps just like with any PE, if you aren't comfortable using it, you shouldn't be doing so until you learn what to do. If you aren't careful, you can get an injury or other problem. Red dots are normal to some degree, but you might be using too much pressure. Does your pump have a pressure gauge? Anyway, a Bathmate still might not be a bad purchase if you don't mind spending the money as it would allow you to simply warm up in the bath or shower. Of course, if you just want to use the microwave, a rice sock works fine for that.
